This Privacy Policy describes how Glowshot ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

• Photos you upload. When you apply a filter or tool, we temporarily upload your photo to our image processing partners so that the result can be returned to your device.
• Subscription state. We receive your purchase and entitlement status from Apple and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) to unlock paid features.
• Diagnostic data. Crash reports and basic usage metrics may be collected via Apple's standard frameworks to help us improve the App.

We do not collect your name, email, address, phone number, contacts, location, or any data that directly identifies you.

2. How we use information

• To process your photos into filtered or enhanced versions and return them to your device.
• To verify your subscription and grant access to paid features.
• To diagnose crashes and improve App stability and performance.

3. Third-party processors

To operate the App, we share data with the following service providers, who act on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies:

• Cloudinary — image hosting and transformation. Your photo is temporarily stored on Cloudinary's servers while being processed.
• Google Gemini API — for AI filter generation. The photo is sent to Google's image generation models and the resulting image is returned to us.
• RevenueCat — for subscription management and receipt validation.
• Apple — for App Store delivery, In-App Purchases, and crash reporting.

4. How long we keep your photos

Photos you upload are deleted from our processing pipeline immediately after the filter or tool result is returned. We do not retain copies of your photos on our servers beyond the time required to complete the requested operation.

5. Your rights

You can stop using the App at any time and delete the App to remove its locally-stored data. If you have specific questions about data we may hold related to your subscription, you may contact us at the email below.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
