Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Glowshot mobile application (the "App") provided by us ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Usage Rules.

2. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

• The App offers an auto-renewing subscription ("Pro") that unlocks unlimited use of paid features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload to the App. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your photos solely for the purpose of returning the requested filter or enhancement result to you. We do not retain or use your photos for any other purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload photos that are illegal, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violate the rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Use automated means to access or interact with the App or its backend services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its servers.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its UI, branding, code, filter presets, and prompt designs, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from AI-generated processing will meet any particular standard of quality.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate by deleting the App and cancelling any active subscription via your Apple ID settings.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App's developer is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
