PopLab ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using PopLab you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Photos you choose. When you pick a photo to transform, the image is sent to our processing servers and our AI image provider to generate your result. It is used only to create your output and is not used to train models by us.
• Your generated results are returned to your device. Anything you save stays in the app's storage on your device.
• Purchase data. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Our payments provider (RevenueCat) gives us anonymous purchase/entitlement status so we can unlock Pro features. We never see your card details.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your photos or personal data.
• We do not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
• We do not read your photo library in the background — only the specific images you select.

Third parties

To deliver the service we share the image you submit with our AI image processing provider (e.g. OpenAI) solely to generate your result, and we use Apple and RevenueCat for subscription handling. Source uploads are deleted after processing.

Your control

You can delete any saved result inside the app. Deleting the app removes all locally stored content. To request deletion of any server-side data, email us below.

Children

PopLab is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
