Welcome to PopLab. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PopLab.

1. The service

PopLab is a tool that uses AI to transform photos you provide into new images and styles. You are responsible for the photos you upload and the images you generate.

2. Your content & intellectual property

• You must own, or have the necessary rights to, every image you upload.
• You must not upload or generate content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights — including recognizable third-party characters, logos, brands, or other people's likenesses without permission.
• You are solely responsible for the images you create and how you use or share them. PopLab is a creative tool and does not endorse or take ownership of your inputs or outputs.
• You retain rights to images you create, subject to the rights of any underlying source material you supplied.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use PopLab to create unlawful, harmful, harassing, deceptive, sexually explicit involving minors, or infringing content, or to impersonate others. We may refuse or remove processing for content that violates these Terms or our providers' policies.

4. Subscriptions

PopLab offers auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. AI output

AI results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, imperfect, or unexpected. Results are provided "as is" with no guarantee of quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Disclaimer & liability

PopLab is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or the content you create with it.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
